Haru Namio, or Charlie is Japan's national artist in 2014 to the 3rd year of Friend and so forth. Maruo is his manager manager. When he was a teenager, he was the drummer in Kenji's band Mad Mouse using "Charlie" as a nickname, but he suddenly abandoned the band, causing Kenji to disband the group. In the Expo's Woodstock Concert, Kenji, Billy and Haru reformed the band again for an epic performance after Friend's humanity annihilation plan had been stopped.
