Moroboshi is a minor character featured in the 20th Century Boys series.
He was Kiriko's former boyfriend, until his death at the hands of the Assassin disguised as a suicide.

In the late 1990s, Moroboshi was due to travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for business. Before leaving Kiriko, he gave her a plane ticket he had booked so she can meet him there later on. However, while waiting at the train station to head towards the airport, he was pushed on the rail tracks by the Assassin and was hit by an incoming train. Because nobody saw him being pushed, his death was reported as a suicide.
It was later revealed he had been assassinated by a member of Friend's cult in order to have him approach Kiriko. Friend later married her and they had a child: Kanna.
